HOW DO WE WORK?

We are aware of an increasingly globalised world in which companies need to be present in different countries and markets to sell their products and offer their services, and LFC Translations provides comprehensive translation services to both small and large companies, both national and international. Multinationals, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and individual customers all entrust their projects to us.

lFC Translations was created to solve problems for clients with translation needs, regardless of their entity or geographical location.

Each client is unique because each translation project is also unique. For us, there is no such thing as a small project, we respond to the clients when they express their needs. Given the importance that our clients place on their request, we strive to help them each time they request our services.

We analyse all translation jobs beforehand to determine the resources required and thus offer a fair rate adjusted to the real complexities of each job. The languages we offer are Spanish, French, English, Italian, Portuguese and Galician.

Each translation project comprises the following phases:

1. Analysis of the requested translation

This part is essential to draw up an accurate estimate. We assess the client's needs and determine the type of translation required: general, scientific, pharmaceutical, medical, legal, tourism, economic, financial, academic, commercial, literary, journalistic, technical... the language or languages into which the document will be translated, as well as the time and resources needed to translate.

2. Budgeting

The preliminary analysis phase allows us to accurately calculate the technical and human resources required for the development of each project. It also enables us to calculate the workload required to carry out the project and deliver it to the client in the shortest possible time. For all these reasons, the client will receive an accurate quotation.

3. Translation and revision

Once the clients have received the translation, we would be grateful if they could confirm receipt of the translation and indicate their level of satisfaction with the result, as well as with the overall service provided.

4. Final delivery to the customer

Once the document has been translated and revised, the final result is sent to the client in the required format (Word, PDF, PowerPoint...).

5. Customer feedback

Once the clients have received their translation, we would be grateful if they could confirm receipt of the translation and share their impressions, as well as the overall service offered and the treatment received.
